Project Overview

The project was initiated to source for a student job recruitment platform that would supply International students and graduates (within 3 years of graduation) with graduate level job vacancies in the UK or their home country.

Tasks

I was responsible for documenting the needs of the University’s Career Service team, identifying potential software solutions, participating in the tendering exercise and working with the selected vendor to ensure a successful implementation.

Delivery

I facilitated discovery workshops with the University’s Career Service team to understand their needs and pain points with the current recruitment process. I also conducted market research to identify potential software solutions that could meet the University’s requirements. After selecting a vendor, I worked closely with them to ensure that the implementation of the new platform was successful.

Results

  • Student Circus was chosen as the preferred vendor
  • International students and graduates now have access to quality roles in the UK and their home country
  • International students got access to more sponsorship opportunities, in turn impacting overseas reputation and potential future recruitment
